Gobbo Games has taken over control of the Rising Storm persistent server for NWN. They will now be solely responsible for administration and maintenance of the server and will also be responsible for extending the module and ehancing it where possible. The Rising Storm forums can be accessd here and the server can be accessed by searching for "Rising Storm" under the Role Play section of Never Winter Nights.

We basically wanted to maintain this server and keep it running as part of our nostalgic trip down memory lane. I personally remember spending many hours playing NWN in solo mode and then discovering the joys of online persistent worlds through this game and would like to keep this server running for as long as possible.

The community on the server might not be the biggest, but it is still fun to climb on the server every now and again and just have fun. So if you have NWN and the required updates and packs, then why not dust off your CDs, load up the game and come and join us for some old fashioned hack-and-slash in true D&D style.
