For those regular readers out there (if any) you may have noticed a definite lack of updates regarding our projects and any progress made on them. Although I would like to say otherwise, this can unfortunately be attributed to 3 things: Life, the Universe, and WTF!!!

As normal, Life has gotten in the way of all my plans for Gobbo Games and the projects that I am busy with or have a stake in. The good news is however that things are finally starting to normalise on the Life front and with this comes a more stable home environment and finally culminates in free time to work on all the projects that need to get done.

Well the Universe, just when things are happily moving along ... the Universe decides to throw you a curve-ball ... only problem is that it is the size of a small meteor and you are unable to react in time. By the time you do react, you have lost valuable time and now need to pick up the pieces. The good news is that I finally have picked up all the pieces and can happily say that we are starting to make forward progress again.

And finally ... WTF!!! Yep, that is exactly it. I spent an inordinate amount of money on hardware in order to facilitate my Game Development ... only to find out that the machine in question is running a crappy Mobile Graphics Chipset and can't even handle a basic amount of 3D work. So I had to upgrade to a better machine ... which cost a third of the price (go figure) ... and I have managed to become productive again.

So in a nutshell, I am back on track, I am pointing forward, and I am about to signal the Charge ... so be ready!!!
