So there has been a lot of controversy regarding SOPA and PIPA ... and a hell of a lot of protest to boot. It looks like the protesting by the likes of Wikipedia, Google, and others seems to have had an impact. You have to love Democracy and Freedom of Speech ... even here in South Africa, it is good to see the impact that these actions have.

A colleague of mine recently pointed me to this website and I was pretty amazed by what I found. Basically G.ho.st (http://g.ho.st/) stands for "Global Hosted Operating System" and is pretty impressive as web-based solutions go. It is primarily a Flash based virtual Operating System that runs inside your browser.

I have had my iPhone for a week now and although being highly skeptical at the start I must honestly now say that this has to be the best damn phone I have ever owned and probably will ever own ... not to mention that it is probably one of the best gadgets that I have ever had the privilege to use.
